In IRISH DANCE, our goal & commitment is:
- to provide instruction to students committed to the
development of the disciplines and enjoyment of Irish dance
- to help young people discover and develop skills and
abilities... to build individual confidence... and give students
support and encouragement in their personal growth
- to uphold/teach a standard of modesty and wholesomeness
throughout - in manner, conduct, atmosphere, instruction, and
in the dance itself
DANCE INSTRUCTOR: Janelle Glenna
- 2006 Homeschool Graduate
- UW-EC Irish Dance Club Member (4 years previous)
- 4 Years Experience Teaching Irish Dance
- Presently 80+ students in 10 levels soft shoe classes & 1st level hard shoe
- Creating/Designing Own Curriculum
- Covering basic Irish dance steps/dancing techniques & continually building
- Developing further courses of instruction for advancing students
- Including traditional Irish dances, dances choreographed by Janelle, and dances choreographed with students
- Committed to continuous personal education in Irish dance skills & in teaching

DANCE STUDIOS:
- For the spring 2010 semester, classes will be held at the following studios:
Diamond School of Dance (123 S. Graham Ave., Eau Claire)
Danz Kraze (In Banbury Place - 800 Wisconsin St # 6-205, Eau Claire)
Heyde Center (3 South High Street, Chippewa Falls)
State Theater (316 Eau Claire Street, Eau Claire)
